Dahiana Moreno Casaccia is a New York–based spatial experience designer exploring the intersection of exhibition, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Currently studying Spatial Experience Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology, she creates immersive environments that connect emotion, education, and movement from conceptual exhibitions to interactive installations. Her work bridges art, architecture, and narrative to reimagine how people experience space.

About

I’m inspired by how design can shape perception and emotion how a single material choice, pathway, or lighting cue can alter the way a visitor feels and learns. Whether I’m designing a museum experience, curating a thematic exhibition, or prototyping an interactive installation, my goal is to create spaces that invite curiosity, reflection, and connection.

Beyond design, I’m drawn to the collaborative process working with artists, curators, educators, and fabricators to bring stories to life in physical form. My practice continues to evolve at the crossroads of exhibition design, set design, and interpretive storytelling, where creativity meets purpose.

Projects

Karl Lagerfeld Exhibition for the David Zwirner Gallery Strand Bookstore Mobile Activation, The Chaos Lab, Villa & House Showroom, Peanuts X BAGGU Window Display Collaboration, designed by me.
Developments by various talented friends.

Experiments

I’m always working on something on the side.

Currently, I am developing a very collaborative exhibition experience until December, where we expand a concept called “Steps of Influence” featuring four well-known first ladies in American history, taking place at the Poster House Main Gallery.
